Terms of Service

Effective date: August 31, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the VeloFlow AI voice receptionist and lead/appointment notification platform ("Service"), operated by VeloFlow AI ("VeloFlow," "we," "us"). VeloFlow provides the Service to independent auto repair shops and used car dealerships ("Client Businesses"). By calling a phone number operated by VeloFlow on behalf of a Client Business, or by using the Service as a Client Business, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

VeloFlow operates an AI-based phone answering system that takes calls on behalf of Client Businesses, answers routine questions, logs leads, schedules or requests appointments, and can transfer callers to a live person at the Client Business. VeloFlow also sends SMS and email notifications related to a caller's specific inquiry or booking, to both the caller and the Client Business.

Acceptable Use

The Service is intended for legitimate business communication related to vehicle repair and vehicle sales inquiries. You agree not to use the Service to transmit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the underlying voice or messaging systems.

Messaging Consent

By providing a phone number to VeloFlow during a call, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages and/or callbacks directly related to that inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Standard carrier terms also apply.

No Guarantee of Availability

While we design the Service to be reliable, phone, SMS, and email systems can experience outages or delays outside our control (carrier issues, third-party service disruptions, etc.). VeloFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for missed calls, messages, or appointments resulting from factors outside our reasonable control.

Client Business Relationship

Appointments, quotes, vehicle service, and vehicle sales are provided directly by the Client Business, not by VeloFlow. VeloFlow is a technology provider; any dispute about service quality, pricing, or a specific appointment should be directed to the Client Business.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeloFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees paid by the applicable Client Business for the Service in the preceding three months, or $100, whichever is greater — this limitation does not apply to individual callers, who pay us nothing.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
